CRL standard size Self-Closing Service Window (SKU: SCDW48360XUDU) ships fully assembled and is ready to glaze or can be factory glazed for immediate install. Built for heavy-duty commercial applications—drive-thru service windows, walk-up service counters, and interior secure service openings—this model pairs commercial-grade durability with a concealed hydraulic self-closing mechanism in the header for reliable operation.

Available finishes: Satin Anodized or Duranodic Bronze. Bottom condition options: aluminum half-track (no track under sliding panel for clear passage) or stainless steel step-sill with water-dam for exterior use. CRL also offers custom versions to meet unique job requirements.

Unglazed models ship with two sets of glazing vinyl: one for 1/4" glass and one for 1/2" glass (the 1/2" vinyl also accepts 9/16"). Maximum vinyl glazing thickness for DW windows is 5/8" — order CRL WV3865 separately (sold by the foot, 100 ft minimum). For 3/8" glass, use the provided 1/2" vinyl and wrap glass edges with CRL 982116X34GRY double-sided adhesive foam tape (sold separately in 200 ft rolls).
