The CRL Tubular Aluminum Tilting Crate Handler (SKU: AB) tilts forward like a dolly to lift crates and then tilts back onto rollers for smooth shop movement. Built for heavy-duty crate handling, the unit features 24" (610 mm) extending support arms on each end that expand usable width to 120" (3.05 m), and adjustable back support braces to change tilt angle and increase load stability. Rated to carry crates up to 60" (1.52 m) high and 4,000 lbs. (1,814 kg). Overall dimensions: 40" (1.02 m) wide, 72" (1.83 m) long (extensions retracted), 52" (1.32 m) high. Approximate shipping weight: 180 lbs. (82 kg). Ships disassembled F.O.B. nearest CRL service center.

CRATE SIZES MUST BE CONFIRMED BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT BEFORE ORDERING. Although this crate handler is rated for 4,000 lbs., some crate shapes and overall sizes may not be suitable for movement on this dolly. Unlike a standard hand truck, the load can be tilted back to any preset angle between 75° and 45°, allowing the AB to handle crates up to 16-1/2" thick and low-center-of-gravity crates—when used within manufacture load limits. Follow manufacturer load limits and crate handling procedures. Failure to do so may result in operator injury.
