Overview
The CRL UV603 adhesive is a versatile, medium viscosity, 100% solids adhesive designed to form resilient, high-strength bonds between glass, metal, ceramic, and various plastics.
This flexible adhesive is ideal for bonding different materials and for surface bonding up to 1m² (10.8 ft²), with a bondline gap acceptance of 0.5 to 1 mil (.0127 to .0254 mm).
It offers excellent capillary action for glass up to 1/4" (6 mm) thick and is optically clear, resistant to moisture, and prevents yellowing.
The CRL UV603 cures quickly with ultraviolet light exposure, making it essential to store away from sunlight to maintain its effectiveness.
For optimal adhesion, use a Cleaner and Degreaser to prepare the surface by removing dirt and grease before application.
Note that the adhesive is not suitable for all plastics or coated parts, and testing is recommended prior to use.
