CRL UV603 (SKU: UV603T85) is a medium-viscosity, 100% solids, general-purpose UV curing adhesive that forms resilient, high-strength bonds between glass, metal, ceramic, and many plastics—ideal as a UV curing adhesive for glass bonding and an optically clear UV adhesive for visible joints.
Key benefits: CRL UV603 is extremely flexible with outstanding elongation, making it suitable for bonding different materials and for surface bonding up to 1 m² (10.8 ft²). It exhibits good capillary action on glass and cures within seconds when exposed to ultraviolet light—the cure speed depends on UV intensity at the adhesive surface and adhesive depth. Store away from sunlight.
For best results, use Cleaner and Degreaser to remove dirt and grease before bonding. Note: Test on plastics before use; not all plastics bond properly. Do not bond coated parts (powder coated or galvanized) with this adhesive.
