CRL UV604L Medium Viscosity UV/Visible Light Adhesive - 1000g

The CRL UV604 is a top-performing adhesive renowned for its especially strong glass to metal bonds, utilizing both UV and visible light curing capabilities.
Its medium viscosity and optically clear finish make it ideal for various substrates, including glass, steel, aluminum, and more.
With a tensile/shear strength of 2968 psi and an acceptable bondline gap of 0.5 to 1 mil, this adhesive is perfect for laminated safety glass, curing effectively with daylight radiation.
For optimal adhesion, use the Cleaner and Degreaser to remove dirt and grease from surfaces before application.
Note that CRL UV604 should not be used with coated parts, and always test on plastics first.
Store the adhesive away from sunlight to maintain its 12-month shelf life.
