Overview
CRL UV604 is a top-choice adhesive renowned for its especially strong glass to metal bonds and UV/Visible light curability.
This medium viscosity adhesive boasts an optically clear finish, making it perfect for bonding laminated safety glass, as it effectively cures with daylight exposure.
With a tensile/shear strength of 2968 psi and an acceptable bondline gap of 0.5 to 1 mil, it ensures durable and moisture-resistant bonds across a variety of substrates, including glass, metals, ceramics, and some plastics.
For optimal adhesion, use a cleaner and degreaser to prepare surfaces, and remember to store the adhesive away from sunlight.
Note: Test bonding on plastics first, and avoid using on coated parts.
