CRL UV604L Medium Viscosity UV/Visible Light Adhesive - 30g

The CRL UV604 adhesive is a premium, medium viscosity solution designed to create exceptionally strong glass-to-metal bonds, ideal for a variety of substrates including glass, laminated glass, steel, aluminum, and more.
This UV and visible light curable adhesive offers optically clear bonds and is perfect for bonding laminated safety glass, as it reacts with residual radiation to cure effectively.
With a tensile/shear strength of 2968 psi and an acceptable bondline gap of 0.5 to 1 mil, this adhesive ensures durability and reliability.
For optimal adhesion, use a cleaner and degreaser to remove any dirt and grease from glass surfaces before application.
Note that while CRL UV604 is highly effective, it is advised to test it on plastics beforehand, as not all plastics bond properly, and avoid using it on coated parts.
