CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L045VBR) combine the strength required for wider, heavier shower doors with a sleek aesthetic—radius corners and beveled edges distinguish them from standard Vienna-style hinges. Designed for residential and hotel shower doors, Cologne Hinges include two internal steel pins that provide mounting flexibility: leave pins installed for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for rectangular/square corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive rectangular cut-outs).

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with 90º and 85º markings. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; pre-set models use 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active side.

Custom Pivot Pins: Available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify angle up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity & Mounting: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lb (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges: supports up to 140 lb (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
