Your Wood’s POWR-Grip is a high-value vacuum lifter that will wear with heavy use. Instead of buying a costly new unit or waiting for a lengthy repair, save time and money with the Wood's POWR-Grip Exchange Program. Send your worn 6", 8", 9" or 10" POWR-Grip to CRL and receive a factory reconditioned vacuum cup at a lower cost and faster turnaround than replacement or repair. Exchanges are processed at local CRL service centers to reduce shipping time.

How the exchange works

• Ship your old Wood's vacuum cup to the nearest CRL service center, or bring it in if you use Will Call. (Carrying case is not required for the exchange.)
• Pick up your refurbished Wood's vacuum cup at the service center or have it shipped back to you via UPS.

Product warning & care

• To qualify, you must send or bring in your old cup to receive a refurbished cup.
• Never exceed the recommended weight limit of the cup.
• Keep cups clean and stored in the carrying case when not in use.
• Small dirt particles cause leaks — clean with a damp rag only. If needed, use mild soap and water; do not use oil-based cleaners.

Warranty does not cover:

• Rubber portions that are cut or scratched during use.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products that have been abused, misused, neglected, altered, or modified.
