- Send your old CRL Wood’s vacuum cup to your nearest service center OR if you are a Will Call customer, you can bring your worn out vacuum cups to any CRL service center. (Your old cup does not require the carrying case to be returned for the exchange).
- Your refurbished CRL Wood’s Vacuum Cup can be picked up directly at the CRL service center or we can ship the exchange cup back to you via UPS. In order to qualify for the Exchange Program, you must send or bring in your old cup to receive a refurbished vacuum cup. Product Warning: Never exceed the recommended weight limit of this cup. CAUTION: Cups must be kept clean and stored in carrying case when not in use. IMPORTANT: Small Dirt Particles cause leaks. Clean with damped rag only, no oil solutions required. *If necessary use mild soap detergent and water to remove any residue build up on pads*. Warranty Does Not Cover: Rubber portions that are cut / scratched during use. Normal wear and tear. Products that have been abused, misused or neglected. Products that have been altered or modified. We perform this service at each of our conveniently located service centers, reducing turnaround and shipping times.
