Wood’s POWR-Grip Exchange Program

Your Wood’s POWR-Grip is a high-use tool that can wear or become damaged. Rather than buying a new vacuum cup or waiting for a repair, CRL’s Exchange Program lets you send your 6", 8", 9" or 10" POWR-Grip and receive a factory reconditioned cup at a lower cost and faster turnaround. Exchanges are processed at CRL service centers nationwide to reduce shipping time — an efficient alternative to replacement or repair for the XC4000 and other Wood’s POWR-Grip models.

How the Wood’s POWR-Grip vacuum cup exchange works:

• Send your old CRL Wood’s vacuum cup to your nearest CRL service center, or bring it in if you are a Will Call customer. (Carrying case not required.)
• Pick up your refurbished CRL Wood’s vacuum cup at the service center, or have the exchange shipped to you via UPS.

To qualify, you must return your worn cup to receive a refurbished vacuum cup.

Product warnings & maintenance

• Never exceed the recommended weight limit of the cup.
• Cups must be kept clean and stored in the carrying case when not in use.
• Small dirt particles cause leaks — clean with a damp rag; if necessary use mild soap and water. Do not use oil-based cleaners.

Warranty does not cover:

• Rubber portions cut or scratched during use
• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or products that have been altered or modified
