Description
Overview
The CRL51 Series "Softbrake" Braking System is a standard feature in the CRL51 Series Sliding Door Kits, designed to cushion the opening and closing of sliding panels, preventing accidental impact.
This system can be adapted to most CRL50 Series Kits, except for telescoping and synchronized systems.
Each panel requires one "Softbrake" for controlled travel in each direction, with a minimum sliding panel width of 25-9/16" (650 mm) for single direction control and 31-1/2" (800 mm) for dual-direction control.
Customers are advised to consult a structural engineer for suitability and compliance, and to contact CRL Customer Service for accurate shipping weights and other inquiries.
