Overview
The Dormakaba® 3º Offset Tapered Type Spindles are designed for compatibility with CRL Models, Jackson® 900, and Dormakaba® BT575 and BTS80 Series Floor Mounted Door Closers.
Available in three door clearance heights—5/16", 1/2", and 3/4"—these spindles cater to varying threshold and finished floor heights, ensuring a perfect fit for your installation needs.
With a handed, flat tapered design, they provide preload pressure to keep doors securely closed, accommodating center-hung and offset bottom arms, as well as CRL Patch Fitting Inserts.
For optimal installation, note that the spindle is marked with "R" for right-hinged doors on the pull side and is intended for left-swing doors.
