The Dormakaba® BT75V Series Floor Mounted Door Closers provide exceptional adaptability for almost any installation, featuring an adjustable spring power size ranging from 1 to 4.
These door closers accommodate doors up to 42 inches wide and weighing up to 260 lbs, backed by a 25-year limited warranty.
Complying with ANSI A156.4 Grade 1 standards and UL/CUL listings, their compact design allows use where larger door closers are impractical.
This versatile, non-handed system supports single or double acting, center-hung, or offset applications and offers models for 90º or 105º hold open, as well as full swing to 175º.
Accessories such as cover plates, pivots, and arms are available, though please note, the closer body is sold separately from the spindle.
