Norton® Tite-R-Bond™ actually helps pressure sensitive adhesive tapes bond better to substrates that might normally resist adhesion. It enhances the adhesion of pressure sensitive adhesives to most plastics (rigid PVC, ABS Plastic, Polycarbonate, Rigid Polyurethane), metals, or painted surfaces, and helps it cling to irregular, rough or curved surfaces. The free flowing liquid formula can be wiped or brushed on.
