Rixson® Model 27 Offset Floor Mounted Door Closer (SKU: 27105SH0RHB0DY) is a high-efficiency offset floor closer engineered for heavy commercial and residential doors. The bottom arm connects directly to the floor closer spindle so the door weight is supported at the floor, providing superior closing efficiency compared to surface or overhead concealed closers. Ideal as a commercial exterior door closer or interior heavy-door solution where reliable mechanical control is required.
Standard features include selective on/off hold open, built-in positive dead stop, and separate independent valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustments—making this closer a durable choice for high-traffic entrances and heavy-duty applications.
