These surface-mounted solutions, ideal for both new and retrofit installations, feature a multi-function hold open or stop only mechanism, and are non-handed for versatile installation.
Designed to limit door travel and prevent damage to frames, closers, hinges, and pivots, these holders boast a heavy shock-absorbing spring with a 5º to 7º compression before reaching a dead-stop, allowing a maximum door opening of 110º.
Equipped with fasteners suitable for wood or metal doors and frames, these products meet ANSI 156.8 Grade 1 standards, ensuring durability and reliability for medium traffic, medium weight doors.
For push side mounting, the standard 10 series is provided, while pull side mounting requires the optional Cat.
