CRL Plastic Horseshoe Shims (SKU: PHS24) are architect-approved plastic leveling shims designed for precise adjustment and alignment in window, door, curtainwall, storefront, and insulating glass installations. They’re also adaptable for appliance, automotive, aviation, and mobile home applications where consistent shimming reduces rework and saves time.

CRL horseshoe shims are molded from high-impact styrene for durability and stability in vertical or horizontal applications. Available thicknesses: 1/16" (1.6 mm), 1/8" (3.2 mm), and 1/4" (6.4 mm). Lengths: 2" (51 mm), 3" (76 mm), and the popular 3-1/2" (89 mm) — ideal for storefront aluminum installations using 4" (102 mm) tubing.
