The CRL Zero Hinge Set (SKU: ZER000BBRZ) is a next-generation shower door hinge engineered for precision alignment and barrier-free design. Built for 3/8" (10 mm) and 1/2" (12 mm) glass, the hinge’s rise-and-fall mechanism reduces sweep friction and supports wheelchair-accessible shower thresholds. The dedicated top and bottom Zero Hinges are position-specific and not interchangeable.

Its versatile technology fits multiple applications—glass-to-wall or glass-to-glass—and can be used as a pivot hinge when mounted to the wall or floor. The integrated clamp reduces extra hardware for 90°, 135°, or 180° installations, making it an ideal choice for frameless shower door projects requiring a minimalist, durable solution.

Note: For 135° installations, use the glass cut-out specified in the Technical Documentation. For full-height installations, ensure a minimum clearance of 2 3/16” (56 mm) from the top hinge and allow an additional 1/8” space below the glass for the fully compressed sweep.
