Designed for 3/8" (10 mm) and 1/2" (12 mm) glass, the Zero Hinge Set features a 1/4" rise-and-fall mechanism that lifts the door on opening to minimize sweep contact—helpful for ADA-compliant, wheelchair-accessible shower thresholds and reduced friction with bottom sweeps.

The Zero Hinge Set is self-centering within ±60° for precise door alignment. Its versatile technology supports glass-to-wall and glass-to-glass applications and can be installed on a wall or floor as a pivoting hinge. For floor-mounted installations, the integrated clamp reduces the need for additional hardware. Accessory kits enable 90°, 135°, or 180° configurations.

Installation notes: For 135° installations, use the glass cut-out specified in the Technical Documentation. For full-height installations, allow a minimum clearance of 2 3/16" (56 mm) from the top hinge and an additional 1/8" space below the glass for the fully compressed sweep.
