Designed for 3/8" (10 mm) and 1/2" (12 mm) glass, the hinge offers a rise-and-fall mechanism that lifts the door 1/4" (6.35 mm) when opening — reducing friction with the bottom sweep and enabling barrier-free wheelchair accessibility when used without a bottom sweep. Its self-centering action (within ±60°) and adjustable positive closure (±15°) deliver precise alignment and reliable door performance.

Installation flexibility is a key differentiator: the Zero Hinge Set supports glass-to-wall and glass-to-glass configurations, and can be mounted on the wall or floor (acting as a pivot), with an integrated clamp that reduces additional hardware for 90°, 135°, or 180° applications. For 135° installations, follow the glass cut-out dimensions in the technical documentation.
