The CRL Zero Hinge Set offers a sleek, next-generation solution for shower installations, featuring a modern design and advanced technological breakthrough. The Zero Hinge Set is self-centering within +/-60° of the closed position, ensuring precise alignment. It accommodates 3/8"" (10 mm) and 1/2"" (12 mm) glass and utilizes a rise-and-fall mechanism that lifts the glass door by 1/4" (6.35mm) upon opening. This provides the option to eliminate the need for a bottom sweep and reduces friction with the sweep, facilitating barrier-free wheelchair accessibility. The dedicated top and bottom Zero Hinges are position-specific and are not interchangeable. Its versatile technology allows the Zero Hinge Set to suit multiple applications, whether glass-to-wall or glass-to-glass. It can be installed on the wall or floor (acting as a pivoting hinge). The integrated clamp feature for floor installations reduces the need for additional hardware, for 90°, 135°, or 180° applications.
Brass Finish Advisory:
Although durable, brass is prone to oxidation. It can give brass and brass finishes a tarnished look, regardless of how the hardware is initially packaged or stored. For more information, view the Brass Finish Disclaimer found in the Technical References section below.
