The CRL Zero Hinge Set (SKU: ZER000SB) is a next-generation hinge system engineered for frameless shower doors and ADA-conscious, barrier-free access. It fits 3/8" (10 mm) and 1/2" (12 mm) glass and uses a rise-and-fall mechanism that lifts the glass 1/4" (6.35 mm) when opening to reduce sweep friction and enable threshold-free entry. The set includes position-specific top and bottom Zero Hinges (not interchangeable) and offers flexible glass-to-wall or glass-to-glass installation without bulky visible hardware.

Designed for installers, the hinge can be mounted on the wall or floor as a pivoting hinge; the integrated clamp option for floor installations minimizes additional hardware for 90°, 135°, or 180° applications. Self-centering and adjustable positive closure features provide repeatable, precise operation for residential and commercial frameless shower projects.

• For 135° installations, follow the glass cut-out specified in the Technical Documentation.
• For full-height installations, maintain a minimum clearance of 2 3/16" (56 mm) from the top hinge and allow an additional 1/8" space below the glass for a fully compressed sweep.
