CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L544BN) provide a sleek alternative to Vienna hinges with radius corners and beveled edges. Engineered from solid brass for residential and hotel shower doors, Cologne Hinges are designed to support wider, heavier frameless glass doors that standard hinges cannot. Two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for rectangular/square corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive cut-outs).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with 90º activated; Pre-Set models ship with the 85º side activated for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45º for off-angle installations where walls are not square to the door.
