CRL Cologne Hinges — SKU C0L544CH are premium solid-brass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass shower doors. Similar to Vienna hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges, these brass shower hinges deliver a sleek, modern appearance and greater load capacity for residential and hotel shower door installations. Two internal steel pins allow template flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with 90º activated. Pre-Set models ship with the 85º side activated (5º tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations—specify the required angle (up to 45º) if the standard pivot does not achieve the desired door closing position.
