CRL Prima 5° Pre-Set Hinges (SKU: PPH0151BN) are engineered as a 5 degree pre-set shower door hinge for tempered glass enclosures. Designed for 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass, these hinges use a Number One Pivot Pin at the top left or bottom right (viewed from outside) and a complementary Number Two Pivot Pin at the top right or bottom left. The pre-set 5° pivot pin moves the door slightly further into the shower enclosure to achieve a tighter seal against a strike jamb—ideal for frameless shower door installations and retrofit projects.

Performance: When installed as a pair on 8–10 mm glass, the hinges support up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) and a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm). They can be mounted floor-and-ceiling or into the CRL Deluxe Header System.
