CRL Cardiff Series Pivot Hinges (SKU: CAR01BN) are engineered for frameless and semi-frameless glass shower doors using 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass. These brass pivot hinges for glass shower doors expand installation options: mount top-and-bottom for clean sightlines, inset from the wall to clear towel bars and projections, or adapt to the Deluxe Header System for partial-height enclosures (HAB01 Adaptor Block sold separately). Cardiff hinges are self-centering with four springs for maximum retention strength and include gaskets, screws, and glass fabrication dimensions.

NOTE: Optional 5º Pivot Pin Sets (sold separately) let you alter the door closing position by 5º. Sets include one top and one bottom pin and may be installed before or retrofitted after installation. Not included with hinge purchase.

Performance: Using two hinges on 5/16" or 3/8" glass (8 or 10 mm), the hinge supports up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
