CRL Cardiff Series Pivot Hinges — SKU: CAR01SN are precision pivot hinges for glass shower doors, engineered for 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass. These solid brass, self-centering pivot hinges include four springs for maximum retention strength and a full-rotation hinge swing. The top-and-bottom mount design carries most of the door weight on the bottom and can be inset from the wall to allow clearance for towel bars and other projections—ideal for glass shower doors, frameless shower enclosures, and hotel or residential bathrooms. The Cardiff Series adapts to the Deluxe Header System for enclosures not going to the ceiling (HAB01 sold separately).


NOTE: Optional 5º Pre-Set Pivot Pin Sets (sold separately) let you alter the closing position by 5º. These pins can be inserted before or retrofitted after installation. Sold as a set of two (top and bottom). Not included with hinge purchase.

Load Capacity (using two hinges): For 5/16" or 3/8" glass (8 or 10 mm), two hinges support up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
