CRL Cardiff Series Pivot Hinges (SKU: CAR01MBL) are engineered for 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass and expand installation options for frameless shower doors. These pivot hinges carry most of the door weight on the bottom, allow the door to be inset from the wall for towel bar clearance, and are self-centering with four internal springs for maximum retention strength. The Cardiff Series is adaptable to the Deluxe Header System for enclosures that do not extend to the ceiling (HAB01 Adaptor Block sold separately).

Optional 5º Pivot Pin Set: Change the door closing position by 5º with an optional set for top and bottom pivots. Pins can be installed before or retrofitted after installation. Sold separately; not included with hinge purchase.

Performance with Two Hinges: Using two Cardiff hinges with 5/16" or 3/8" glass supports up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm). Ideal for frameless tempered glass shower doors and other residential or hotel shower installations.
