CRL Z-Series Clamps — Z110BN are offered in round or square shapes and in economical zinc or durable stainless steel. The Z110 Series glass clamps fit 3/8" (10 mm) glass and are designed for commercial glass railing and partition systems, making them a dependable 3/8" glass clamp for railings and wind break installations.

The radius base design fits 2" (51 mm) tubing. When a notch is drilled in the glass, the supplied steel pin prevents glass slippage — a key safety differentiator for unsupported panel installations. Each clamp ships with appropriate rubber gaskets and hardware; CRL Cat. No.'s ZB0LT14 (bolt) and RN1420 (rivet-nut) secure Z-CLAMP to tubing.

Glass Fabrication: 1/2" (12 mm) notch required if using the provided steel pin.
Replacement Hardware: CRL P612 replacement screws.

Product Warning:

For interior and exterior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
