CRL Z-Series Polished Brass Large Round Glass Clamp - 3/8 inch

CRL Z-Series Clamps (Z110BR) are available in round or square styles and in economical zinc or durable stainless steel finishes. The Z110 Series glass clamps fit 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass and include rubber gaskets and a steel pin to prevent glass slippage — a key differentiator for glass railing and partition installations.

The radius base design fits 2" (51 mm) tubing. When a 1/2" (12 mm) notch is cut in the glass, the included steel pin secures the panel; drill a notch per the glass fabrication note below. Use CRL Cat. No. ZB0LT14 (Bolt) or RN1420 (Rivet-Nut) to fasten the Z-clamp to tubing. Appropriate gaskets are included with each clamp.

Glass Fabrication: 1/2" (12 mm) notch required if using provided steel pin.
Replacement Hardware: CRL P612 replacement screws.

Product Warning:
For interior and exterior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the bottom edge is not supported to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
