CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z410BR) fit 3/8" (10 mm) glass and are offered in zinc or stainless steel. Designed for partitions, railings, windbreaks and mezzanine applications, these round radius base clamps provide a low-profile, durable mounting solution for square tubing or other flat surfaces.

To secure the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Base Design: Flat, round-radius clamp base for secure mounting to flat or square tubing

Material: Zinc or Stainless Steel. For exterior durability choose stainless steel or powder‑painted zinc finishes.

Glass Fabrication Requirements:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin
• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet

Product Warning:

For interior installations where glass is not supported at the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are included.
