Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z210BR) are engineered for 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) glass and offered in zinc or stainless steel. These radius-base glass clamps provide a secure, low-profile solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks, mezzanine guards and other architectural glass applications. For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For installation, drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

• For 1/2" (12 mm): 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using the provided steel pin
