CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps — compact, heavy-duty glass clamps engineered for 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these radius-base Z-clamps provide secure, code-tested attachment for partitions, railings, mezzanine guards and windbreaks. Ideal as a 3/8" glass clamp for railings and glass partitions where a durable, discreet mounting is required.

Installation notes: For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece. NOTE: a 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product warning: For interior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
