Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z210BN) are precision fittings for glass thicknesses from 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm). Available in zinc casting or stainless steel, these radius-base glass clamps are ideal for exterior and interior applications including partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass projects. Use with 1-1/2" or 2" (38 or 50.8 mm) diameter round tubing.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the steel pin (included) for additional glass support.
