Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z210GP) are made for 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) glass and come in zinc or stainless steel. These radius-base glass clamps provide secure mounting for railing systems, partition glass, mezzanine guards and exterior windbreaks—making them a durable solution for tempered glass railing and glass panel railing installations.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin wall tubing (under 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.
