This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z610GP) secures 3/8" (10 mm) glass and is constructed in zinc or stainless steel for durability. Designed for glass railing clamps, partition glass clamps and windbreak installations, the Z-Series clamp offers a flat base for mounting to square tubing or other flat surfaces. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc finishes are recommended for exterior applications.

For attaching the clamp to thin-walled tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:
For interior use, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
