CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU Z610BN) is engineered for 3/8" (10 mm) glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, this square-radius base clamp provides secure mounting for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass installations. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc options offer improved durability for exterior applications.

For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Installation & Safety:

For interior installations where the glass panel is not supported at the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are supplied
