CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z810BN) is engineered for 3/8" (10 mm) glass. The flat base installs easily onto square tubing or other flat surfaces. Constructed of zinc casting with a powder-painted finish; stainless steel options are available for enhanced corrosion resistance in exterior or high-moisture applications. Includes rubber gaskets and an optional steel pin with grommet for extra support—making these clamps a durable, versatile choice for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass projects.

For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT socket head cap bolt and ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool with 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:

For interior installations where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
