CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z810CH) is designed for 3/8" (10 mm) glass and installs on square tubing or other flat surfaces. The flat base simplifies mounting to square rails, mezzanines, partitions, railings and windbreaks. Constructed of zinc casting with a powder-painted finish; stainless steel clamps are available for increased durability in exterior or corrosive environments. An included steel pin offers optional weight support for pinned tempered glass panels.

Installation notes: For thin-wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT socket head cap bolt with ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole for the rivet-nut and install with the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece. If using the steel pin, drill a 1/2" (12 mm) hole for 1/4"–3/8" (6–10 mm) glass; 9/16" (14 mm) hole required for 1/2" (12 mm) glass.
