This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z610CH) secures 3/8" (10 mm) glass and is available in zinc or stainless steel. Designed for square tubing or other flat surfaces, it’s a durable choice for interior partitions, railings, mezzanines and exterior windbreaks when ordering stainless steel or powder-painted zinc for added corrosion resistance.

For mounting to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication Notes:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) hole required when using the steel pin
• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) hole required when using the steel pin

Includes: Rubber gaskets (CRL Cat. No. Z38SG) and steel pin with grommet.
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X5CH replacement screws.

Product Warning:
For interior installations where the glass is not supported at the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
