This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z610SC) secures 3/8" (10 mm) tempered glass and is available in zinc or stainless steel. Designed for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass projects, the Z610SC offers a flat base for mounting to square tubing or other flat surfaces and is a durable choice for interior and exterior applications.

For securing the clamp to thin-wall tubing (under 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt with ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin

Product Warning:
For interior installations where the glass panel is not supported at the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
