CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamp — SKU Z210SC
Precision-engineered round radius base clamp for 3/8" (10 mm) tempered glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these Z-Series clamps are ideal for commercial and residential glass railing systems, partitions, windbreaks and other architectural glass installations where a low-profile, attractive round tubing mount is required.

Installation & Hardware
For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8"): use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool using the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece. Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet are included.

Glass Fabrication Notes

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) notch required when using the steel pin for added support.
• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin.

Product Warning / Best Practices
For interior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel that is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided.
