CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z410SC) are precision clamps for 3/8" (10 mm) glass, offered in zinc or stainless steel. These radius-base clamps provide a clean, secure attachment for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass applications—making them an ideal choice when you need a durable 3/8-inch glass clamp for railing and partition systems.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

  • For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin

Product warning:

For interior installations where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
