CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z410GP) are engineered for 3/8" (10 mm) glass and offered in zinc or stainless steel. These radius base glass clamps provide a clean, low-profile solution for glass railings, partition clamps, and windbreak installations where secure edge clamping and attractive finish are required.

To secure the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL's ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required when using the provided steel pin.
• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the provided steel pin.

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet

Product Warning:

For interior installations where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
