CRL Z-Series Round Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU Z506BS) is engineered for 1/4"–5/16" (6–8 mm) glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these flat-base glass clamps provide a durable, low-profile solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass projects. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc finishes offer enhanced exterior durability for long-lasting performance.

For securing the clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:
For interior and exterior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
