CRL's Tube Style Standoffs (SKU: TS1CH) are compact, versatile standoffs ideal for acrylic panels, exhibit building, signage, decorative displays, and lightweight glass. Available in chrome or satin chrome finishes, each standoff ships complete with a 1" (25.4 mm) long base, threaded insert, cap with welded stud, clear washers, and vinyl sleeve. Use these tube standoffs for vertical panel mounting or horizontal applications such as elevating a glass tabletop or desk display. These standoffs are especially suited to projects needing low-profile, decorative hardware for acrylic, lightweight glass, and plastic signage.
Required panel fabrication: 5/8" (16 mm) standoffs require 9/32" (7 mm) holes; 1" (25.4 mm) standoffs require 7/16" (11 mm) drilled holes. Maximum recommended panel thickness is 3/8" (10 mm).
Installation is quick and easy: attach the threaded insert to the substrate using Cat. No. 8X2FHPSMS screw, screw on the standoff base, pass the cap assembly through the panel, and tighten the cap.
