Available in chrome or satin chrome finishes, CRL's Tube Style Standoffs are new and very unique. The 5/8" (16 mm) and 1" (25.4 mm) diameter Standoffs come complete with 1" (25.4 mm) long Base, Threaded Insert, and Cap with welded stud including clear washers and vinyl sleeve. Tube Style Standoffs are ideal for exhibit building, decorative acrylic panels, signage or lightweight glass displays. Designed primarily for the installation of vertical panels or displays, Tube Style Standoffs can also be used for horizontal applications such as elevating a glass top on a table or desk.
Required Panel Fabrication: 5/8" (16 mm) diameter Standoffs require 9/32" (7 mm) holes for installation; 1" (25.4 mm) diameter Standoffs require 7/16" (11 mm) drilled holes. The maximum recommended panel thickness is 3/8" (10 mm).
Installation is quick and easy. Using the Cat. No. 8X2FHPSMS Screw, simply attach Threaded Insert to substrate, screw-on Standoff Base, install Cap Assembly through the panel and you're done.
