CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L045DBBZ) are heavy-duty brass shower door hinges with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek appearance. Designed as an alternative to Vienna hinges, Cologne hinges support wider, heavier shower doors that conventional hinges cannot. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove them for rectangular/square corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive cut-outs).

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90ΒΊ on one side and 85ΒΊ on the other. Standard models ship with the 90ΒΊ side active; pre-set models ship at 85ΒΊ for a 5ΒΊ tighter closure into the shower. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the setting.

Custom Pivot Pins: Specify custom pivot pin angles (up to 45ΒΊ) for off-angle walls or non-90ΒΊ installations to achieve proper door closing.

Load Capacity & Door Size: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass, supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges, supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
