CRL Senior and Junior Prima hinges are heavy-duty glass-to-fixed transom pivot hinges engineered for residential and hotel shower doors. These pivot-style hinges carry the majority of the weight on the bottom and can be inset from the wall to provide clearance for towel bars and other projections. They are self-centering with four internal springs for maximum retention strength, and support top-and-bottom mount installations that increase visible glass area and can reduce glass fabrication costs versus side-mount glass-to-glass hinges.

These glass transom pivot hinges are used on doors with fixed transoms above them and may be mounted vertically for movable transom installations. Select models adapt to CRL header systems: SRPPH01 adapts to the Deluxe Header System; SRPPH06 includes an adapter for the EZ-Adjust Header System; the Junior Prima Series adapts to the Junior Header Kit.

SENIOR PRIMA: Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass, holds up to 145 lbs. (66 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).

JUNIOR PRIMA: Using two hinges with 1/4" (6 mm) tempered safety glass, holds up to 62 lbs. (28 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm).
