CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L537MBL) are radius-corner, beveled-edge shower door hinges—an upgraded alternative to Vienna Hinges—designed for wider, heavier shower doors where traditional hinges may not provide sufficient support. Two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (for safety around mouse-ear cut-outs), or remove the pins to use CRL rectangular/square-corner cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard units ship with the 90° side active. Pre-Set models ship with the pin set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower). The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins up to 45° are available for off-angle installations—specify required angle if standard 5° does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges: For 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass, supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges: For 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass, supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
