CRL Cologne Hinges are like our Vienna Hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleeker appearance. Built from solid brass, Cologne Hinges support wider, heavier shower doors that traditional hinges cannot. Two internal steel pins provide mounting options: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (enhanced safety), or remove them for increased adjustability to fit CRL rectangular cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard units ship with the 90º side activated. Pre-set models ship with the 85º side activated for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lb (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 140 lb (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
